8.13!!!

OMG I am the happiest person in the world right now! it’s taken me about a month of serious dedication but ive managed to push past the 9.2 boundary and got down into the 8! I am determined to stay here this time but I am happy with this weight, anything less is a bonus really!

I have been eating a whole lot of fruits and veggies, not binging, a lot of brown rice, salad and rye bread and have been doing the victorias secret toning exercises from youtube which seem to have really helped add definition without bulking me up :)

too scared to weigh myself…

Okay so the last time I weighed I was 9.3 and it felt too good to be true, then I felt like I was coming on my period so I haven’t weighed for 5 days and I’m too scared too as although I have been eating well I am aware I have been eating more- I think I lose control when I stop weighing. Ahhh I think I may wait till my period is over before weighing again and pray to god that I haven’t gained too much x

9.6 baby!

Woo! sooo happy this is the lowest ive got since starting my diet in Nov :) 2 more pounds and ive lost a stone- exercising really does seem to help as it stops me wanting to binge and seems to keep my metabolism fired. Gentle exercise that is! Ive only been doing about 20 mins on an exercise bike at moderate effort and walking for half an hour each day! seems to be working :)

yaaaay! lowest weight yet! just got to keep chipping away!!! 7 pounds to go till my first goal weight!
